I wonder if anyone can offer any suggestions to cure the above problem.
I have a DTSwiss R20 wheel set and when I put weight on the crank/pedals the rear wheel makes a tinckly noise similar to that if you have loose spokes, especially prevalent when climbing. When I freewheel, the noise stops, so I don’t think the spokes are the problem. I had the local bike shop check out the rear wheel spoke tension and said all was fine. They did say they were lightweight wheels and suggested that maybe I should buy more robust wheels. Any advice gratefully received.
